Garlicky Shwarma Sauce
The best yogurt sauce I have ever made. The garlic is so strong that it might be too much for some people so feel free to adjust according your own tastes but I loved it. Mark added some sriracha to his, talk about spicy goodness!
1 cup fat free Greek Yogurt
1-3 tablespoons lime juice (to taste)
1 tablespoon tahini
5 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon dill weed (more or less to taste)
1/2 teapoon salt
Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until well blended and fluffy.
