Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Substitute

I never remember to buy chipolte peppers in adobo because I use them so infrequently and I almost always end up throwing some of it out. I found and tinkered with a substitute and honestly, I couldn't tell the difference between this and the real thing and I could make it with stuff I always have on hand!

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon (more or less to your taste) cayenne pepper 

Just put it all in a bowl and mix. That's it!
